Finding the right Transport Manager can be difficult, particularly when you need someone with the right experience, availability and understanding of your operation.
At Wynn Transport Compliance, we can introduce you to an independent Transport Manager from our professional network.
1. Tell us what you need
We’ll discuss your operation, fleet size, operating centre, licence type and the experience you’re looking for.
2. We’ll find a suitable introduction
We’ll use our professional network to identify an independent Transport Manager who may be a good fit for your requirements, taking into account their experience, availability and existing commitments.
3. You deal directly
We’ll make the introduction and leave you to discuss the role, fees and arrangements directly with the Transport Manager.
Any Transport Manager appointment is between you and the individual Transport Manager. They will be responsible for agreeing their own terms and providing the Transport Manager service directly to you.
Our fixed fee is £195, payable before we begin the search.
This covers our time in understanding your requirements, identifying a suitable candidate and making the introduction.
The Transport Manager’s own fees are separate and are agreed directly between you and them.
If we’re unable to identify a suitable Transport Manager within 30 days of receiving your requirements, you can choose to either continue the search or receive a full refund of the £195 introduction fee.
If the Transport Manager we introduce stops acting for you within the first 90 days, we’ll make one further introduction to a suitable independent Transport Manager at no additional introduction fee, subject to the circumstances of the termination.
Introducing you to a Transport Manager doesn’t prevent you from using Wynn Transport Compliance for separate compliance support.
You can still instruct us for services such as compliance audits, health checks, policies and procedures, tachograph and drivers’ hours advice and other transport compliance consultancy.
The Transport Manager appointment and any Wynn consultancy services remain separate arrangements.
Our introduction service does not guarantee that a particular Transport Manager will be appointed or accepted by the Traffic Commissioner. Any Transport Manager appointment, contract and ongoing fees are agreed directly between the operator and the individual Transport Manager.
